With over 30 years experience in the Hospitality Industry both in Europe and Australia, Gary oversees all operations for the three business- The Coffee Place, Sunshine Coast Coffee Roastery (Queensland) and Corporate Coffee Solutions (Victoria)

The coffee industry is infectious because it is evolving and changing every day. You can never stand still or live in the past. Do so at your own peril. I continually strive for creating the very best but this is not possible on one component of the industry. The truth is great coffee is a combination of so many factors which include equipment, maintenance, water quality, the coffee itself and the person making it.
